Education is the primary vehicle for social change. TRIC is dedicated to transforming how we teach and learn in the face of the unknown. We recognize that to empower learners, we must first empower their teachers. This work package focuses on the "how"—the innovative methods and multidisciplinary approaches needed to practice uncertainty.

Key Objectives & Activities:

• Innovative Pedagogy: Developing a "TRIC Pedagogical Toolkit" that introduces experimental, risk-tolerant, and creative problem-solving methods into VET (Vocational Education and Training) and HE (Higher Education) environments.
   

• Train-the-Trainer Programs: Designing and implementing specialized training for educators. We help teachers develop their own uncertainty competence, giving them the confidence to step away from dogmatic teaching frames.
   

• Multidisciplinary Methods: Integrating insights from psychology, social sciences, and entrepreneurship to create holistic learning experiences that balance emotional regulation with proactive action.
   

• Pilot Testing: Implementing new teaching modules in real-world classrooms to gather feedback and refine our approaches for maximum impact.
