Creating Innovative Communities and Collaborative Daily Support
Fostering Belonging in a Changing Landscape
Uncertainty is a shared human experience, and navigating it successfully requires a strong community. TRIC focuses on the social and systemic dimension of the TRIC project, aiming to reduce social inequality and prevent the marginalization of young adults.
Key Objectives & Activities:
-
Building Innovative Communities: Creating structured collaboration between educational institutions, private companies, and social partners. We break down the silos that often prevent collective problem-solving.
-
Nurturing a Sense of Belonging: Developing peer-support structures that help young adults feel accepted and valued. This is especially critical for those "at risk"—those residing outside education or facing difficulties in the transition to work.
-
Social Responsibility: Encouraging businesses to take an active role in community learning, helping them understand how supporting uncertainty competence can improve workplace resilience and innovation.
-
Reducing Drop-outs: By providing a coherent structure of social and pedagogical support, we aim to keep young adults engaged in their training pathways and facilitate a smoother return for those who have stepped away.
TRIC turns the individual skill of uncertainty competence into a collective strength, building a more cohesive and inclusive European society.
